Bio

As a leader in my field, I have dedicated myself to building and maintaining lasting partnerships, instituting new initiatives, and leading teams to exceed expectations. 

During my tenure in education I have designed, built, and implemented multiple courses with minimal direction or oversight. I have also been a member of one of the districts "Best PLCs" according to the administrators who oversaw our work. In fact, we were even recorded during one of our collaborative sessions as an example of a high-functioning PLC.

I am passionate about successfully reimagining curriculum to make it more relevant and engaging. I have spent the better part of 2019 and 2020 adapting traditional instruction into eLearning modules using Microsoft Suite Applications and screen capture software; recently I have begun to experiment with Lectora, Rise, and Storyline. My technical skills have positioned me as a valuable resource among my colleagues and have enabled me to learn multiple new software programs.

As a life-long learner, I am constantly seeking ways to stay abreast of the newest methodologies and industry standards. In the past six months, I have become a certified Scrum Master, a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and a Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE).
