Pilots new approaches or tools that will yield positive results

Anticipates stakeholder needs and facilitate discussions to guide stakeholders toward aligned learning events

Employs an iterative design sequence that incorporates multiple feedback loops and enhancements 

Actively seek and incorporates feedback from various stakeholders 

Optimizes the learner experience by identifying ease of navigation, increasing interactivity, and feedback mechanisms 

Maintains thorough and detailed documentation of the design process

Identifies potential ethics and legal violations and take steps to remedy (ie: copyright, privacy, data security
